Meet the Founder of Better Access to Success

I'm Andie, the founder of Better Access to Success. I am a profoundly Deaf person who uses British Sign Language (BSL) to communicate.

I know that many disabled people struggle in the workplace. I understand the challenges that disabled people face, especially when trying to start an online business.

When I had to leave my career, my future felt uncertain. Then, I found a training platform that helped me build my brand. I saw that there was a gap for disabled entrepreneurs in the digital world. I want to share my knowledge and skills in online business with you.

That’s why I created Better Access to Success—a safe space where disabled entrepreneurs can find support, guidance, and encouragement.

I believe in advocating for disabled entrepreneurs and enjoy meeting them at events.
